My Wedding Hair Tutorial Princess Hair Style

0:00hey guys today I have my wedding hair tutorial for you
0:05it is a little bit different than what it was on my wedding day because I was
0:09platinum back then but I have done my very best to recreate this princess hair
0:14like tutorial
0:17i’m setting off fire party my head to the side as i usually wear a middle part
0:21and I’m going to use some hairspray to try and keep it down
0:28then spring some heat protectant as i’m going to be putting heat on my hair with
0:34a ghd i’m going to section my hair off into off and i’m going to kill the
0:41bottom of my hair first
0:43so I’m coming up with the ghd and taking just sections of my hair
0:47they’re relatively big but not too thick and I’m telling the hair away from my
0:52face
1:08yeah
1:20next time I’m taking this batiste dry shampoo you and it’s actually the volume
1:251 so it gives your hair volume so I’m spraying that in the roots are all
1:29around my scalp mainly around the crown and then using a comet to brush it
1:34through
1:40so now i’m using some hairspray on that the curls to get them all sets
1:45now i’m going to cut my hair extensions on this might look a little bit strange
1:48but I like to place them in a covered or because it keeps me in place while I
1:51killed them
1:52spray through some heat protectant and brush it through and then I’m just going
1:56to kill them
1:58also keep in mind to kill away from the face so picture the hair extensions in
2:04your hair and what side they’re going to be on and then curl
2:07accordingly so I just take sections and then kill them
2:12I do Cal quite a lot of hair extensions but i’m not going to show you them all
2:17because you kind of get the picture of it
2:20yeah
2:22yeah
2:23this one that i’m telling now was just a back middle piece that I’m going to kill
2:27a a smaller side piece next
2:32yeah
2:42and now go to section off my hair and start clicking in my hair extensions to
2:48make the hair extensions clip in more securely
2:51I like to spray the root of my hair and then tease it before i click each
2:55section in just feel like holding a lot better and they didn’t sleep throughout
2:59the day on I
3:07yeah
3:09sometimes on the side it’s going to get a bit tricky and you’ll see me work with
3:13that just kind of clicked them in everywhere and then you can take out
3:16what doesn’t work or fix what doesn’t work a bit later
3:25and here is all my extension seen that was sorry much hair it was ridiculous
3:30so now going to brush out all the details before I get on to the next step
3:41so this panel kind of fits the top part of me filming it but I’m just
3:45essentially going to tease the crown of my hair and I’m going to tease it
3:49everywhere I can just take a little sections at all layers of hair and tease
3:53it a lot at the crown
3:55so this hairstyle it needs a lot of volume of the top and when you done at
4:15the back just ordered a while and then start on the sides as well
4:31so once it’s all taste you want to come back now
4:35think of it as in like three sections so this is one section here but I’m going
4:40to kind of group together and then the two sections either side of it
4:44I’m going to group them together as well so like three sections into one you see
4:49what i mean by the end of it now it’ll take a little bit of fiddling around
4:58especially with the sides and the hair extensions you might not have this
5:02problem you might have a lovely thick luscious hey yourself
5:05but i had to use hair extensions which I was completely fine with i love using
5:10hair extensions
5:11it’s just about hiding them in your natural hair
5:14obviously these ones aren’t died to my ombre hair so it was a little bit harder
5:19to hide them
5:20but if you have hair extensions that actually match your hair then that would
5:23be great
5:24just fiddle around take one’s out that you don’t need and tease it more way you
5:29need to end up having to kill a few extra bits as well
5:34you want it pretty much nice and smooth on the top but still looking a little
5:39bit messy and rustic in the curls
5:52yeah
5:58so now i’m just getting this side ready to take back into one of the side
6:09sections you see me trying to hide that hair extension there and then leading a
6:14little bit at the front and then i will just get it ready and then I’ll pin at
6:18the back because i was doing it myself it was a little bit hard to check like
6:26in the mirrors and everything
6:28obviously if you have someone do it for you it’s a lot easier but just keep
6:31checking in the mirror and then fix up some bits that you need to cover the
6:35extensions or make it a little bit neat huh
6:47yeah
6:55and then to cover all the clips at the back i’m going to take my little hair
7:00piece
7:01I had this made for me but you can find them it a lot of bridal stores and i’m
7:06just going to pin it in there and see how it hides all of the clips so that is
7:11it all finished
7:12this is how my hair turned out this is our work for the reception with the
7:16bailout and I am just so in love with it and that’s what it looks like with the
7:21veil
